Women Uncorked: Kinda Kinky Thursday, February 20 at 7PM at Sense Studios
My first exposure to kink was hearing “Venus in Furs” by the Velvet Underground and later reading Anne Rice’s BDSM novels. Later I learned that people actually did that stuff. At this Uncorked session, we’re going to talk about kink and BDSM: what is it? how to explore it – safely, with or without a partner, and most importantly, without shame? Women with all levels of knowledge are invited to attend.

People Uncorked: Can I Say That? Wednesday, March 4 at 7PM at GlowHouse
With #MeToo and more knowledge about the challenges women face, I’ve heard men say that they don’t know what to say to a woman for fear of offending her. . which many women find offensive. What if the woman is being emasculating, or the man is being patriarchal? What do you do if you don’t care for either gender label? Is it so hard to treat everyone like a person? Let’s explore this together, nonjudgmentally.
Women Uncorked: Sex and Mental Health. Thursday, March 26 at 7PM at Sense Studios
More than one in five women in the US have experienced a mental health condition in the past year, and many mental health conditions, like depression and bipolar disorder, affect more women than men or affect women differently than men. These conditions affect every aspect our lives, including self-image, libido, and ability to feel sexual pleasure. Let’s peel back some layers of the mental health onion together at this session of Women Uncorked.
